Stakeholder Mapping & Monitoring
Identify who influences and participates in lake governance and identify gaps in engagement. A commonly used framework for stakeholder analysis is also the Power-Interest Matrix (Mendelow's Matrix), which categorizes stakeholders based on:
- Power (influence): How much impact a stakeholder can have on lake governance.
- Interest: How invested a stakeholder is in the outcomes.
