The FutureLakes methodology centres around our 6 demo basins, showcasing how innovations in technology, governance, policy, and financing can be integrated at the basin level within over-arching existing landscape of policy, societal behaviours, and climate change. Transforming the status of the Demo basins will be a catalyst for testing the FutureLakes Blueprint and Roadmap for upscaling European lake restoration.
